Las enfermeras y auxiliares de enfermería, que hayan sido o puedan ser incorporadas en el Escalafón Nacional de Enfermeras creado por los Decretos 1232 y 1809 de 1942, y que estén trabajando en instituciones oficiales y privadas de carácter permanente, tendrán derecho a las prestaciones sociales comunes a los empleados públicos.
