ARTICULO DECIMOTERCERO

El presente Convenio será ratificado de acuerdo con las normas constitucionales respectivas, y entrerá en vigor en el momento del canje de los instrumentos de ratificación que tendrá lugar en San Salvador, dentro del más breve término posible.
