Por tanto, todos los concesionarios tendrán la obligación de ajustar sus programas a los fines indicados difundiendo la verdad; procurando preservar la salud mental y física de la población y enalteciendo las tradicionales nacionales, la cohesión social, la paz nacional y la cooperación internacional.
