° Las multas previstas en el artículo anterior serán impuestas por la Junta Central de Contadores, a favor de dicha junta, de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona. La resolución de la Junta, una vez en firme, prestará mérito ejecutivo, ante los jueces comunes. La pérdida del cargo o empleo prevista en el inciso primero del artículo anterior, deberá decretarse de plano por la persona o entidad a quien corresponda la designación y remoción del funcionario infractor, de oficio o a solicitud de la Junta Central de Contadores.
