Art. 1.° Fíjase en doscientos mil pesos ($ 200,0000) anuales la participación del Departamento del Magdalena en la Renta de Salinas marítimas, cuota que figurará desde ahora en los respectivos Presupuestos de Gastos.

Parágrafo

La cuarta parte de esta suma se empleará por una sola vez en la composición del camino que comunica la ciudad de Riohacha con el interior de la Provincia de Padilla.
