Recibida la solicitud con el comprobante exigido, la Jefatura de Rentas e Impuestos Nacionales dictará la Resolución del caso y si hubiere lugar a la bonificación ordenará su pago por conducto de la Administración de Hacienda Nacional del lugar de la importación o compra, mediante giro que refrendará la Contraloría General de la República.
