- Del permiso. Modificase el artículo 18 de la Ley 336 de 1.996, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 18 . El permiso para prestar el servicio público de transporte es cancelable y obliga a sus beneficiarios a cumplir lo autorizado bajo las condiciones en él establecidas."
