Las oficinas de Catastro procederán a reavaluar los predios ubicados en zonas que declaren de acción urbana, fijando avalúos que se acomoden a la realidad comercial. dichos avalúos podrán ser revisados cada dos años, de oficio o cuando los interesados así lo soliciten.
