Algunas providencias tienen un grado de jurisdicción llamado de consulta.

Cuando no se otorga uno de los recursos enumerados en los ordinales 2°. y 4°. del artículo anterior, hay el de hecho, para que el superior lo conceda.

Respecto del Juez que las pronuncia, existe el llamado de queja.
