Consejos regionales de seguridad. A partir del lunes 2 de marzo de 1998, se podrán convocar consejos regionales de seguridad para coordinar con los gobernadores de la región y los demás integrantes señalados en el artículo 2° del Decreto 2615 de 1991, las acciones que permitan garantizar el norma desarrollo de las elecciones.
