Queda facultado el Gobierno para fijar el personal y los sueldos de los Resguardos de Aduanas, en la forma siguientes, sin aumentar el personal que hoy existe, y debiendo dar cuenta al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones.

Jefes, de $960 a $1.920.

Ayudantes, de $600 a $1.200

Cabos, de $240 a $600.

Guardas, de $240 a $480

Remeros, de $240 a $480

Vigías, de $240 a $600.

Auxiliar de Vigía, de $240 a $480.

Prácticos, de $300 a $480.

Pilotos, de $300 a $480.

Guardacornetas, de $240 a $420.
