En el Estado Mayor general se formará un extracto ó resumen de loe informes trimestrales de los Inspectores, el cual contendrá los hechos principales que merezcan medidas correctivas y las indicaciones da las necesidades de cada Cuerpo consideradas como más urgentes ; pero cuando se halle funcionando el Inspector general corresponde á éste la formación del extracto. Una vez concluido será remitido al Ministerio.
