º En la escritura que contenga el contrato matrimonial se expresará el nombre, apellido e identidad de los contrayentes, lugar y fecha de nacimiento, nacionalidad y domicilio, la circunstancia de hallarse en su entero y cabal juicio y su manifestación de viva voz ante Notario, previo interrogatorio de éste, de que mediante el contrato de matrimonio libre y espontáneamente se unen con el fin de vivir juntos, procrear y auxiliarse mutuamente y no existe impedimento para celebrarlo. Así mismo, se harán constar las legitimaciones a que hubiere lugar. Presentes los contrayentes y el Notario, éste leerá personalmente la escritura y será suscrita por los intervinientes y el Notario en un solo acto.
