Las faltas temporales del representante de los empleados en la Comisión de Personal serán llenadas por el suplente. En caso de falta absoluta del representante principal, el suplente asumirá tal calidad hasta el final del período.

Parágrafo

En caso de falta absoluta de los representantes de los empleados, principal y suplente, el Director de la Entidad convocará a elecciones dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en la que se tenga conocimiento de dicha situación.
