Artículo primero. Apruébase el Acuerdo número 001 del 23 de enero de 1975, emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, y cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 001 DE 1975 (enero 23) "Por el cual se modifica el Acuerdo número 008 de 1974 sobre la Planta de Personal Administrativo del ICBF". La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, en uso de sus atribuciones legales y en especial de las que le confiere el ordinal d) del artículo 27 del Acuerdo número 1 de abril 11 de 1969, acuerda:
