Art. 2º. Las demás mercaderías comprendidas en la citada tarifa tendrán las rebajas especiales que a continuación se expresan: 1º Las que se introduzcan por las Adunas de Arauca y Orocué, el cuarenta por ciento; 2º Las que se introduzcan por la Aduana de Tumaco, el cincuenta por ciento; 3º Las que se introduzcan por la Aduana de Buenaventura, el veinticinco por ciento.
