Ley 84 de 1958 · Por la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración de un centenario

La Nación comprara la casa en donde vivió y murió doña Simona Duque de Álzate en la ciudad de Marinilla, lugar en el cual se construirá un monumento para perpetuar la memoria de esta ilustre heroína. En su fachada principal se colocara una lápida que diga: "El Congreso de Colombia a Simona Duque de Álzate, modelo de madres patriotas. Homenaje en el centenario de su muerte".

Parágrafo

Para dar cumplimiento al interior articulo el Gobierno no podrá apropiar hasta la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00).
