Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas Financieras y Ahorro y Crédito - FOGACOOP . El objeto del Fondo consistirá en la protección de la confianza de los depositantes y ahorradores de las entidades cooperativas inscritas, preservando el equilibrio y la equidad económica e impidiendo injustificados beneficios económicos o de cualquier otra naturaleza a los asociados y administradores causantes de perjuicios a las entidades cooperativas.
