RETIRO POR CONDUCTA DEFICIENTE . Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, serán retirados del servicio activo por conducta deficiente, cuando dejen de asistir por más de diez (10) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
