Art. 8. ° El canje de las ratificaciones de esta Convención se hará dentro del mas breve plazo posible en Santiago, Bogotá o Panamá. En fe de lo cual, los infrascritos Plenipotenciarios de los Estados Unidos de Colombia i de Chile han firmado i sellado con sus respectivos sellos la presente Convención, hecha en Santiago a diez dias del mes de junio del año de mil ochocientos setenta i dos.
