Artículo único. El Hospital de Caridad de Panamá tendrá el auxilió permanente del Tesoro de la Union, de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) anuales, que se entregarán precisamente en Panamá, por trimestres adelantados y en dinero efectivo, al Síndico-tesorero del establecimiento. El pago de este auxilio no podrá ser suspendido.
