Tanto el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos como las acciones, bonos, etc., que emita , las operaciones que ejecute y los productos que adquiera, venda o distribuya, estarán exentos de impuestos nacionales, departamentales y municipales , y de toda clase de contribuciones , excepto gravámenes de valorización y tasas u honorarios por conceptos de servicios.
