Los agentes viajeros de cualquier país que vengan al territorio nacional con el objeto de vender artículos extranjeros, tendrán en Colombia los mismos derechos y garantias que en la Nasción correspondiente se reconozcan a los agentes viajeros del comercio colombiano.
