Repealed

El capital autorizado del Banco Ganadero será de cien millones de pesos ($100.000.000.00) en moneda colombiana, dividido en diez millones de acciones, de valor nominal de $ 10.00 cada una.

Este capital será suscrito y pagado así: veinte millones de pesos ($ 20.000.000.00) por el Estado, y ochenta millones de pesos ($ 80.000.000.00) por los particulares, en la forma que adelante se señala.
