Cuando al terminar el curso o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso, el Oficial o Suboficial no aprobare tres (3) o más materias, se considerarán perdidos aquellos. También se considerarán perdidos el curso o exámenes de capacitación para ascenso, cuando el Oficial o Suboficial deje de aprobar cualquiera de las materias habilitadas.
