El Gobierno Nacional destinará el producto de las operaciones que se autorizan en el artículo 1 de esta Ley, a financiar en moneda nacional lo siguiente:

a)

Obras de fomento municipal;

b)

Obras de fomento eléctrico;

c)

Obras de fomento industrial;

d)

Construcción, reconstrucción y pavimentación de obras públicas nacionales;

e)

Construcción y rehabilitación de ferrocarriles, y

f)

Financiación del aporte de capital del Estado a la Empresa Colombiana de Aeropuertos "E.C.A"
