El Comité de Apoyo Técnico, Jurídico y de Seguimiento deberá mediante resolución motivada sustraer del orden secuencial de ordenación del pago, los créditos respecto de los cuales recaiga alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en el artículo tercero del Decreto 1211 de 1999. Contra esa resolución sólo procede el recurso de reposición.
