Art. 1.° Las pensiones son militares o civiles. Las primeras son las concedidas, o que en lo sucesivo se concedan, por servicios prestados en la fuerza pública; i las segundas, las que se concedan por servicios en otro ramo de la Administración, o por importantes i notorios servicios a la Republica.
