Para hacer efectivo el articulo anterior, es necesario que el medico haga presentar el certificado de sanidad todas las veces que el obrero o empleado le solicite sus servicios. El trabajador conservara siempre consigo la copia del certificado de sanidad expedido por el medico. Cuando lo pierda. Podrá solicitar en cualquier momento una nueva copia.
