° La Junta Reguladora de Cambios podrá autorizar el registro de importaciones o exportaciones de productos nacionales que deban realizarse entre Colombia y los países fronterizos, mediante el sistema de compensación, o que puedan ser cubiertas con monedas de los respectivos países, aun cuando no haya reembolso de divisas por intermedio del Banco de la República.
