El Artículo 154 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

En cada Departamento habrá un Tribunal Administrativo. La ley determinará las funciones y el número de Magistrados.

Las calidades, las asignaciones y el período de sus miembros serán los señalados para Magistrados de Tribunales Superiores.
