Art. 41. Los aparatos de destilación ó rectificación de que hacen uso las farmacias debidamente establecidas y reconocidas como táles, para la preparación de productos medicinales, así como las fábricas de productos químicos y la industria de la perfumería que existan ó pudieren existir en el Departamento, están exceptuados del impuesto de que trata el presente decreto.
