DETERMINACIÓN DEL VALOR BRUTO DEL PRODUCTO NATURAL . Para los efectos del artículo anterior, el valor bruto del producto natural se determinará con base en los precios en el campo de producción que señale la Comisión de Precios del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, con arreglo al procedimiento establecido en el artículo 162 del Decreto 444 de 1967, en lo que fuere pertinente, y a la reglamentación que dictará el Gobierno.
