Definido el esquema para la venta de los valores del Fondo en una entidad específica, éste se hará conocer del público por medios masivos de comunicación y se mantendrá vigente durante el término señalado para presentar propuestas. El Fondo podrá divulgar la totalidad o únicamente los aspectos del programa de venta que considere necesarios para una adecuada información del mercado.
