Patrimonio y recursos. El patrimonio y los recursos del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Empresa Social del Estado estarán conformados por

a)

Los bienes muebles, enseres, equipos, laboratorios e instalaciones que posee actualmente;

b)

El inmueble en donde funciona y el los de terreno anexo a él, según consta en Escritura Pública número 3938 del once(11) de septiembre de 1964, otorgada en la Notaría Segunda del Circuito de Bogotá, D.E;

c)

Los aportes que la Nación haga a través del Presupuesto Nacional;

d)

El producto de la venta a servicios;

e)

Los demás que adquiera a cualquier título.
