º . Autorización. De acuerdo con el artículo 94 de la Ley 795 de 2003, el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario (Finagro), el Instituto de Fomento Industrial S. A. (IFI), la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (Findeter), la Financiera Energética Nacional (FEN) y el Banco de Comercio Exterior S. A. (Bancoldex) se encuentran autorizados para realizar operaciones de redescuento de contratos de leasing.

Parágrafo

Estas operaciones se redescontarán exclusivamente a través de las compañías de financiamiento comercial.
