El que por cualquier medio impida u obstaculice la vigilancia fiscal de los funcionarios de Hacienda, en el recaudo de los impuestos de que trata esta Ley, incurrirá en multas sucesivas de mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) a cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), que impondrán mediante providencia motivada el Director General de Impuestos Nacionales o sus delegados, los administradores o sus delegados y los recaudadores de impuestos nacionales.
