La Normal Superior "San Carlos", de la ciudad de La Unión, Departamento de Nariño, a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley, seguirá funcionando como establecimiento educativo nacional, dentro de la categoría en que se encuentra actualmente, siendo de cargo de la Nación -Ministerio de Educación Nacional-, su orientación pedagógica, dotación y sostenimiento, como también todos los elementos que sean necesarios para su buen servicio.
