ARTICULO 110. PROTECCIÓN ESPECIAL. En la interpretación y aplicación de las disposiciones del presente Decreto, el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y la Comisión Administradora de Carrera atenderán las disposiciones constitucionales y legales generales que propendan por la protección de las mujeres embarazadas, los limitados físicos y los desplazados.
