Suprímese el puesto de Ingeniero Arquitecto Jefe de Sección de que tratan los artículos 5 del Decreto 1901 de 1929 y único del Decreto 334 del corriente año, y para sustituirlo créase el puesto de Ingeniero Auxiliar del Departamento número 4 del Ministerio de Guerra, encargado de la Sección de Alojamiento del mismo, con la asignación mensual de $ 200.
