Se declara extinguida la acción penal en favor de los autores o partícipes de los delitos de rebelión sedición, asonada y los conexos con estos, que no se hallen exceptuados en el artículo 5º, una vez hayan entregado las armas y hecho las manifestaciones de que trata el artículo 1º de este Decreto.
