° El artículo 11 del Decreto 1156 de 1988, quedará así: Sanciones. El incumplimiento de la obligación consagrada en el artículo anterior será sancionado así: a) Multas sucesivas hasta por la suma de $ 500.000.00, que impondrá el Ministerio de Comunicaciones e ingresarán al Fondo de Comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 41 del Decreto-ley 129 de 1976.
