Registro de Documentos o Archivos Privados de Significación Histórica . Las entidades territoriales a través de los Consejos Territoriales de Archivos, emitirán concepto previo sobre la significación histórica de los archivos o documentos históricos privados de interés económico, social, técnico, científico y cultural y remitirán dicho concepto al Archivo General de la Nación quien procederá a ratificarlo si cumple con los requisitos exigidos e incluirlo en el registro que para tal efecto llevará esta entidad.
