Para después del artículo 132, el siguiente:

"Art. (nuevo). Terminadas las sesiones, los papeles y demás objetos del archivo se entregaran al Secretario del Consejo municipal de la cabecera del Distrito Electoral por inventario y recibo para que los custodie en su archivo, bajo su inmediata responsabilidad.
