Desde la sanción de la presente Ley el Tesoro Nacional pagará una pensión vitalicia mensual, personal, de treinta pesos ($ 30), a cada uno de los sobrevivientes de la batalla de Los Chancos , librada en el año de 1876, por las fuerzas legitimistas contra los revolucionarios.
