Estudio de la solicitud. Dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de recepción de la solicitud, la entidad encargada del manejo y administración de los recursos naturales renovables y del medio ambiente, hará las revisiones y evaluaciones del caso, para proceder a declarar o negar la elegibilidad del proyecto. De ser elegible el proyecto, la entidad deberá solicitar a Finagro la expedición de la autorización y certificación de disponibilidad de recursos de que trata el artículo siguiente.
