Ley 24 de 1910 · Por la cual se crea una Comisaría Judicial especial en el Territorio del Caquetá

El personal y asignaciones de la Comisaría Judicial especial serán:

Un Comisario, con un sueldo de $ 200 en oro mensuales:

Un Secretario Escribiente, con un sueldo de $ 150 en oro mensuales.

Parágrafo

Destínase la cantidad de treinta pesos ($ 30) oro para gastos de escritorio, y el Comisario y su Secretario disfrutarán de los auxilios de marcha asignados por las leyes á los Coroneles y Sargentos Mayores, respectivamente, cuando por razón del ejercicio de sus funciones tengan que ausentarse del lugar de su residencia.
