° Adiciónase el literal B del artículo 23 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, con los numerales 6°, 7°, 8° y 9° del siguiente tenor: “6. Ingerir en horas de servicio o fuera de ellas, drogas o sustancias que produzcan dependencia física o psíquica, o permitir que en el lugar de trabajo alguien las consuma. 7. Facilitar a los reclusos las llaves de las celdas. 8. Abandonar el sector o puesto de vigilancia. 9. Desconocer una orden de un superior, salvo que ésta sea manifiestamente ilegal”.
