Art. 2.° El Gobierno reconoce á los tenedores de billetes de estas clases los intereses devengados desde el día 1de Enero de 1902 hasta el 31 de los corrientes. El Ministerio del Tesoro reglamentará el modo y forma en que hayan dé pagarse los intereses de que trata este artículo.
