Articulo 1º El Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, continuará la ejecución re las obras del Instituto de Epidemiología de Bogotá, el cual podrá delegar la construcción de las mismas en la entidad denominada "Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salubridad Pública", si así lo estimare conveniente.
